Realease Pro comes from practice. We have worked in the Spanish property market for years and see up close where it chafes: with the buyer purchasing a home from a distance, and with the agent guiding them for months through scattered messages and spreadsheets.

That is why, over the past two years, we built a customer journey that is fully automated and supported by AI: one environment in which buyer and agent go through the purchase together, under the agency's brand.

For more than a year we have been testing Realease Pro in practice on Ibiza, together with Ibiza Estates. Owner François Verhoeven and his sales team contributed at every step of product development. We see the result on both sides: the sales agent works with a clearer overview, and the buyer always knows where they stand.

What works on Ibiza is needed across Europe. For the biggest purchase of their lives, buyers expect the same clarity they get everywhere else, and that is what we are building.
