What does Realease Pro cost?
That depends on your area and the size of your agency. We discuss it in the first conversation and then send you a tailored proposal.
What does FYSH cost me?
Nothing extra. The leads from your area are part of the partnership; we do and pay for the marketing.
What does exclusive per area mean?
We work with one buyer's agent per area. If a region is large enough, we split it into sub-areas, each with its own partner. Buyers searching in your area are handed over to you. We only add a second office in your area if it clearly does not compete with you. We agree the borders of your area together.
Does it work with our own CRM?
Yes. Your CRM and your portal publishing stay as they are; we connect the Realease database to your CRM with little effort. Let us know in the intro call which CRM you use.
Where does the supply come from?
From our own database. We collect it daily from hundreds of agency websites, at the source: the agent holding the signed sales mandate. So you get no duplicate listings with different photos or prices. You add your own properties yourself, and we connect the database to your CRM.
Which languages does it support?
The buyer environment is available in Dutch, English, Spanish and German. Your buyer chooses the language in which to follow the process.
Does my buyer need to create an account?
No. The buyer opens their environment with a personal link, without an account or password.
My region is not listed. Can I still become a partner?
Yes, we would still be glad to talk. We expand the network region by region, and an agency that knows its market well can open a new region.
